Built by a team with experience across both large corporate agencies and independent businesses, we combine the knowledge and structure of larger agents with the personal service, attention to detail and local understanding you expect from an independent business.

We’re proud to have received a number of local and industry awards since launching, recognising the standard of our service and the relationships we build with our clients.

Our approach is built on clear, honest advice and consistent communication. We are upfront about fees with no hidden costs, and keep landlords and tenants informed on property maintenance and repairs at every stage.

We focus on doing things properly, giving you confidence and peace of mind from letting your first property through to managing a full property portfolio.

Co-founder

Louise began her career in lettings in 2006 and has since gained a wealth of experience across all aspects of the industry. Her extensive knowledge allows her to offer practical, honest advice and confidently manage the challenges that can arise throughout a tenancy.

For Louise, a successful letting service is built on trust, loyalty and strong relationships. She believes landlords should have a familiar and reliable point of contact who understands both them and their property, providing continuity and a consistently high level of care.
