  • As part of the application and referencing process, you will need to provide:

    - Valid photo identification, such as a passport
    - Proof of your right to rent in England, such as a passport or share code
    - Proof of income, such as recent payslips and bank statements
    - Your employment details or a reference from your employer
    - Your current and previous address details
    - A reference from your current or previous landlord, where applicable

    If you are self-employed, you may be asked to provide recent accounts or a reference from your accountant.

    Depending on your circumstances and the outcome of the referencing checks, you may also need a guarantor. Your guarantor will usually need to provide identification, proof of income and employment details, and may also be subject to referencing and credit checks.

  • If LK manages the property, report repairs through our maintenance reporting system. If the landlord manages the property directly, contact the landlord using the details provided.
