What does it cost to rent a property?
Before moving into a property, there are a few key costs to consider:
- Holding deposit – equivalent to 1 week’s rent
- Security deposit – typically 5 weeks’ rent for most tenancies
- First month’s rent – paid in advance

How does it work

To book a viewing, simply go to the property listing and choose a time that works for you.

Before moving into a property, you’ll need to pay a holding deposit equivalent to one week’s rent, a security deposit of around five weeks’ rent, and your first month’s rent in advance.
