We understand the importance of protecting our clients’ money. Any client money we hold is protected through a Government-approved Client Money Protection (CMP) scheme, providing reassurance that your funds are safeguarded in accordance with current legislation.
Property Redress Scheme
We are a member of an independent Government-approved redress scheme, giving our clients access to a free and impartial complaints resolution service should we be unable to resolve a complaint directly.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us in the first instance so that we have the opportunity to resolve the matter. Should you wish to make a formal complaint, we will be happy to provide you with a copy of our Complaints Procedure, which explains how your complaint will be handled and the timescales involved.
If, after completing our internal complaints procedure, you remain dissatisfied, you may be entitled to refer your complaint to our independent redress scheme.
